Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale.

How to request a return: Email us at dath02726@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us to arrange an exchange.
